JPG Compression Exercise

JPG Image at 40% Compression

40% JPG compression seems to be the best compromise between quality
and file size. Download time at 56k is 3 seconds and 128k is 1.3 seconds.
20% compression was the sharpest;colors stood out,
but download time was slower. 60% compression might do for a bargain basement site,but this isn't the Blue Light Special!
80% speaks for itself, well, maybe not!
